- Characteristics of production industries

- Size of unit and enterprise

* Group 1: For establishments operating in production and business in industries and fields such as mining, production of refined petroleum products, coke, production of chemicals, metals and other products other than metals, non-metallic minerals, construction works, ship building and repair, electricity production and distribution

+ The number of employees under 50 people will have 1 semi-specialized person responsible for labor safety at the facility.

+ The number of employees from 50 - 300 people will have 1 person responsible for labor safety at the facility.

+ The number of employees from 300 - 1000 people will have 2 people responsible for labor safety at the facility.

+ For a workforce of 1,000 or more, there will be 3 people responsible for labor safety at the facility.

* Group 2: Applicable to production and business establishments in industries and fields other than those in Group 1

+ The number of employees is less than 300 people, there will be 1 semi-specialized person responsible for labor safety at the facility.

+ The number of employees from 300 - 1000 people will have 1 person responsible for labor safety at the facility.

+ The number of employees from 1,000 people or more will have 2 people responsible for labor safety at the facility.


3. Main subjects of group 2 safety certificate

According to Decree No. 44/2016/ND-CP, the main subjects required to receive group 2 safety certificate training are usually those who do labor safety training.
