What is an environmental protection project
completion report?
Manufacturing enterprises or currently
operating enterprises have made a detailed environmental protection project.
After completing the project and implementing the environmental protection
measures as committed, that enterprise must begin to make a report on
completion of a detailed environmental protection project. Then, the
report must be send to the competent authority to approve, check and confirm
the implementation process.
Documents need to be prepared as follows:
Written request according to the form
specified in Appendix 11 - Circular 24/2019/TT-BTNMT
Reports on the results of implementing
environmental protection projects at production establishments, mineral
exploitation establishments, establishments operating in the field of
irrigation, hydroelectricity, etc. are prescribed according to the form (see
the Circular). April 24, 2019/TT-BTNMT).
Unit submits detailed environmental project
completion report:
Once units have prepared a detailed
environmental protection project, they can submit it to the Department of
Natural Resources and Environment for approval.
